Dave Lipiro has worked closely since 1994 with the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA, formerly the Composite Fabricators Association), representing over 5,000 companies nationwide. He is a member of ACMA's Government Affairs Committee (GAC) and Technical Advisory Committee (TComm), and was a key member of the GAC MACT Task Force. The ACMA Emission Factor Database, for composite processes not covered by published Unified Emission Factors, was developed and is maintained by ECRM, and is hosted on this website.
